SKYPARK VILLAGE WEDDING | CHARLENE + CHRISTOPHER

I’ve been following Charlene for a few years now on IG and had the pleasure of meeting her in person through mutual friends.  I’ve always admired her work as a female tattoo artist and hope to have her design my first tattoo when I do have the courage to endure the pain!

I was so honored when Charlene and Christopher reached out to me to plan their wedding.  They’re both a very adventurous couple who was looking for a unique space where their guests have never been to.  They were hoping to get a destination feel without having to travel far.  

I found SkyPark Village on Instagram!  We inquired, took a tour, and fell in love!  Christopher is a BMX rider and he instantly had a good feeling this was going to be the ideal wedding venue as he saw people loading their bikes from the parking lot!

Our Guests had such a great experience because they made the wedding into a weekend getaway by renting a cabin and enjoying the views of Lake Arrowhead.

Charlene and Christopher had so many fun details in their wedding that represented them.  She found her wedding dress at The White Dress in Newport Beach at Adam Zohar’s trunk show.  Adam and Charlene instantly connected over tattoo designs!  Their love for art also grew their friendship.  Adam and his partner attended the wedding and his partner caught the bouquet!

Their guest book experience was out of this world!  They had their guests tattoo on to practice skin sheets!  A lot of details were made with the labor of love on the weekends with the help of Charlene’s Father and Christopher.
